Hi there,
Our Freshdesk integration with Jira cloud was working fine up to not too long ago. Then it stopped and we got a notification in freshdesk "Please update your Jira app authentication. A recent update has been made to accommodate the basic auth deprecation announced by Jira" . That was fine, and we generated a token based on a label.
In order to make it work though we need the jira userid not the email, and it doesnt seem that there is a user id in Jira cloud any longer.
Can you please help with this?

If you want user account id please refer to attachement, go to profile section & search for respective user
Thank you @shetty. For some reason I thought a userid would be something more familiar, and less like an internal system key :)
