What are your plans to get this supported already by the core service desk (SD) product as this functionality could make even your SD customers more professional.
Hi Wilfried, I did a quick search in JAC for open suggestions and here is one - JSDSERVER-1733 . There seemed to be others worth searching out. With that said given the EOL plans around server I would question whether this would get implemented for Server. Maybe it will for Datacenter?

well for Server I personally would not place much hope given the recent announcement on the same. For Cloud I can say that I was on a call w/ a product guy just last week about how this might get implemented. Unclear if/when there but at least some focus is there.
