Can anyone help me with automation of sprint report and Release notes in confluence page
@pargab sala you may want to look at our free app Automated release notes for Jira cloud, that can publish release notes & other reports directly in Confluence. Due to the flexibility of its release notes template builder you can actually use it to create Sprint reports as well.
Hope that helps.

Anand
wonderful product this is Anand. Ty for sharing this, I will let others know on the same product. Although I found the things related to Release note in confluence page itself.
My priority to check on the solution is for the Sprint Report. How can we automate it. Atleast we get the data in a segregated form.

@pargab sala thank you for your response.
Can you share a few more details about what your Sprint report is going to contain? ARN can automate even the Sprint report (with a little help from Jira's native automation). There will be about an hour of initial time investment but once set up it will just continue to work automatically.
As an idea, check out this article in the community from a community leader & an ARN customer.
Best,
Anand

Hello @pargab sala
I'm the Product Manager for Elements Publish to Confluence which lets users create Confluence pages directly from Jira.
There is no coding needed or REST API to use with our add-on, everything is done through a simple text editor which can be used to create static text and import dynamic data from Jira to Confluence. So, if your release notes are built with values from a Jira issue, it can be quite simple to build your page automatically and publish it to Confluence where you need it.
Don't hesitate to ask our support if you need any information.
Kind regards,
Julien

Perfect Julien my release note issue solved by checking it in the guide provided by JIRA team.
Now, I am looking for the sprint report help. It's quite time consuming to go and export data from sheet and add it in. Is thr any way we can auto mate sprint reports atleast a rough data.

Hi @pargab sala
Do you want a static report, which updates to show the latest sprint, or a new Confluence site/page created for each sprint?
For the static case, you could define what you want to show, and build the page to update based upon filters checking the most recent sprint. A variation of this is to dynamically edit the display filter using automation and the REST API to use the current sprint.
For the more dynamic approach, you will need to use the REST API with automation to create the site/pages as sprints occur. Please look at these articles for ideas on this:
Another possibility is to investigate the marketplace to learn if there is an app for purchase which can do this.
Best regards,
Bill
