On Customer portal form I need to add the comment box option for Others Field.
please help me to find the way.

1Navigate to Jira Administration settings, search for issues and click.
2. Go to the custom field and create custom field called others as a single text or Multi-text as per your requirement.
3. Assign custom field to perticular project create screen, edit screen, and view screen.
4. Now go the project setting of Perticular project's and go to Request type, choose perticular Request type that you want this custom field on create screen.
5. select request type, and click on add field, search for Others , and click on Apply.
Now you can see Others field on create screen of perticular request type on Customer portal.

The above helps to add the others field on the screen. It would be great if someone can assist here. I guess with behaviors or listeners in scriptrunner does.
