×V8.20 have default project setting (include workflow/screen/field ...) while create project. How to change the default permission scheme setting to another one?
You can't modify the default templates. At most you can create your own project that will be the template so you can create new projects based off of it, which should include permission scheme.
But the default ones are nono, you won't find a way to change them.
Hi @Owen
Welcome to Atlassian community, once the project was created it takes default permission scheme,if you want to change the permission schemes
system---->issues--->permission schemes there you can create your own permission schemes and then goto summary of the project there you can find permission schemes and select actions change the permission schemes there you can select the created permission scheme.
Hope this helps

You misunderstood my point. I want to change the default permission scheme setting of the project template. I need a solution which the default permission scheme setting before I create a project.

During creation of the project you can opt to Share the configuration of an existing product. That would cause the new project to use the same Permission, Issue, Field, Notification, Screens, and Workflows schemes as the specified project. That is the only way to specify a different scheme specifically during project creation.
However, after a project has been created, a Jira Administrator can change which schemes are used by that project. The Jira Administrator can change the Scheme used for each area separately, so they could choose to set all Projects to use the same Permission scheme while also allowing them to use individually customized schemes for other elements.
