How to find out AD and Local groups ?

Hi,

  I need to check list of groups are AD groups or Local groups ,please suggest some solution.

If you want to do it manually - you can just go to users management , list out all groups and see it on the extreme second right column " DIRECTORY"  - lets you know if it is local group or AD group.

 I can see only users with directory column, How to list out groups there?
