How to prefix domain name in username(username@domain.com)?

We currently have LDAP authentication, where we are not able to login with domain+username, whereas it works fine when user name alone is given. Is it possible to login with both of these options? Could you please provide any suggestion on this?

Currently is not possible to login using Email address in JIRA server internally There are third party add-on that might help on this https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.wikistrat.jira.email-login/server/overview.

Since you are using LDAP authentication, you can directly change the mapping attribute value in the AD configuration in JIRA, under User Schema Settings , change the User Name Attribute to mail, then now the user will be using the email address as the username to login JIRA instead. After that, you won't be able to use the username to log in instead. There is no need to add another separate AD user directory configuration in JIRA, you can directly modify the existing AD configuration instead. You might want to test this setting in staging instance first.
