How to set Assignee to currentuser based on Transition screen assignee?

Hi Team,

I have set Assignee to currentuser when assignee is not specified - by 'Assign to Currentuser' post-function but at the same I need to verify two more condition to be satisfied.

Condition 1: 

when assignee is the same as the current assignee but different from the current user set assignee to current user.

Condition 2: 

when the assignee is difference from current user and different from current assignee 1. require that the user selected is role of Developer and 2. set assignee to user selected. 

How to do that using Script Runner or any post-function is fine.

This add-on provides universal conditions and validators that are based on a Boolean expression. Also allows for any post function to be executed based on a Boolean expression.

Are you using JIRA server or JIRA cloud?

Did you install the Workflow Enhancer for Jira plugin? 

Can you provide e.g. a screenshot from your screen showing the available options when configuring the conditions of a workflow transition?
