How to show Defect count on Jira dashbaord

Hi,

I want to show on Jira dashboard, 

1. Defect detection rateWeek on Week Defects detection From Release Start
2. Defect Phase containmentDefects raised and closed within the Release timeline

For 1&2, I want to count of defects raised per Release train (RT) week by week with below data,

 E2E Start dateE2E end date
RT222nd Feb13th March
RT313th March10th April
RT412th April10th May
RT519th May12th July
RT614th July21st Aug
RT723rd Aug27th Sep

You might want to consider creating a calculated field using scriptrunner

Those are great charts. First one ist one of the most underrated but most powerful charts. Because you get in one Chart, what's going on, how is progress, do we have long running issues, can we manage the issues with our capacity, is there any trend to be mitigated AND you can down drill each stack. All within one chart.

It should definitely be possible to create a calculated field. Take a look at this sample for inspiration
