I am using Jira via OnDemand cloud service. If I go to Administration > System > System Info, it states: Location of atlassian-jira.log/data/jirastudio/jira/home/log/atlassian-jira.log

How can I get to/view that log file?

Generally, you do not. If you have a problem that requires access to the log file to diagnose, then you should be dropping it on Atlassian support. (If there are other reasons for wanting a look, then raise a support call with them and ask)

I have an add called  Script Runner that allows you to see the logs:

go to the administration panel

click on the Add-Ons tab

on the left side, under "Script Runner"  click on  Built-in Script

the build-in scripts page will open, the 'view server log files' option will be at the bottom of the page.
