I am not able to fetch project's initiative to my data structure!

Esraa Hasib April 15, 2022 edited

Hi all,

On a data structure in our Jira Instance, we are not able to bring up the project's existing Initiatives. However, when I tried to create a new initiative from the structure view itself and linked it to an epic it worked well, as shown on the attached screenshot, so does anyone have an explanation for this?

I'm very grateful to you for all your help in advance.stef.PNG

Hello @Esraa Hasib ,

David from ALM Works here.

It looks like you are using our app; Structure - Project Management at Scale.  Is this correct?

If so, we will need to review the Generators that you are using to build your structure.  If your Insert Generator is adding Epics to your structure, then you will want to have a Group by Issue Link generator.

Let me know if this helps!  I'm happy to review the Generators with you, if you are using Structure.  If you're not using Structure, apologies!

Best,
David

Hi David,

Thanks for your answer, I used the generators as you explained and now all epics came to my structure.
