I cannot get my conditions to work

We have JSU installed.  We use a Custom Field called Purchase Method.  It has 2 choices.  When the Reporter selects BRM from the drop down, and the PM approves, it goes to the Status PM Approved.  If the user has selected BRM in the Purchase Method filed, I want the issue to go to the BRM path.  I cannot get this to work.  Below are pictured the workflow and the Condition:

Is this condition on the transition from PM Approved to @BRM? And you're finding that if Purchase Method is set to BRM, you're not seeing @BRM as a transition/button when an issue is in the PM Approved status?

Try without the quotes around BRM?

Tried that too.  That doesn't work either....
