in our organization we are using jira ticketing for day today work. in IT helpdesk project having issue while submitting the ticket. it shows " we were unable to submit your request. Please refresh the page and try again. note that this will clear your request details" but the same time ticket also creating, the user click again and again create button its creating multiple ticket for one request. i will attach the error screen.

This type of error usually indicates an issue with a missing required field or IIS configurations.
