I need to make user see only their open request(reporter only) in a project that have 5 request type only for one request type that means i do not have to affect the other 4.

Can you please suggest me how?

Hello,

Do you mean that you have Jira Service Desk? By default customers can see only requests, where they are reporters in the portal.

So they cannot see each other request?

Also can i add a field that is visible just for 2 single groups of person but not for the reporter?
