Issues got vanished from the Sprint in the Easy Agile Program Board. No issues are present in the sprint. Please provide suggestions on how this can happen.

Sorry that your issues have vanished. Can you see that the issues are still showing in your backlog?

It could be that another user has moved them?

Thanks for the reply.

The issues was still appearing in the backlog. We couldn't find out the cause of the movement. Since we had a screenshot, we moved the issues back to the sprint. Is there any way to track this to avoid future situations. ie, Movement of issues from backlog to sprint and back.

It doesn't sound like Easy Agile Programs would be causing this. Perhaps you could check with your Jira administator?
