JIRA Dashboard gadgets using JSD Request types as Statistic Type?

We are running JIRA Software v7.1.2 and JIRA Service Desk 3.1.2 and I can't select the JSD Request type field as Statistic Type in Pie Chart Gadget, Issue Statistics Gadget. In the same way it is not possible to select the same field as XAxis nor YAxis in the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics.

Any ideas?

Currently, Jira does not provide these features natively. If it is of any help to you, our app - Rich Filters for Service Desk Dashboards - covers these issues (on server instances).

You can use Toolbox for Jira Service Desk app to use Customer Request Types and Request Groups as Statistic Type at JIRA Dashboard gadgets with new custom field types listed below

• Statable Customer Request Type

• Statable Customer Request Type with Group

• Statable Customer Request Group
