We are in the process of integrating Email Requests to our Jira Service Desk.
I am trying to configure preformatted responses or signatures.
All we want is to display the following text at the end of a response when replying to a customer;
Service Centre
M: +44xxxxxxxx
S: xxxxxx
W: xxxxx
I tried the preformatted response feature but cannot find a way to save it for all requests.
CAn anyone assist please?
I am trying to setup our help desk system so that we can respond without each user's name but a generic like "Service Center" I did not want all of my users individual names on responses. Now they are being hit directly which negates the design of the system as a "team" monitoring it.
Is this along the same lines in the posts above?
Hey! I have the same doubt..
I'd like to configure my signature, so every time I reply the customer, I don't need to insert manually the signature in the response.
Thanks

Hey Denis,
Have you tried Canned Responses and/or Customer notifications' Templates as I mentioned earlier? If not, and if you're using JIRA Service Desk, please refer to:
Best,

Hey Jason,
Are you talking about the Canned Responses feature on the Comments field's Wiki Editor? If yes, you can add new, edit existing, and reuse saved responses for every comment in every issue in the same project. Isn't this the case?
Other than that, from Project settings -> Customer notifications, you can also edit the Templates and append your signature to the bottom of the Styles field.
If none of the above, can you elaborate on what you'd like to achieve, perhaps with a screenshot for better understanding?
Cheers,
Andy

How do you save and edit saved responses in the "Reply to customer"?
