Java11 for Jira Server 8.x ?

I am running Jira Server 8.2.3 and see it is running on java8 by default:

I'd like to configure it to run with OpenJDK11 with appropriate postgres db driver but I can't find the documentation on it. Do I simply change $JAVA_HOME ?
