Hi,
We are using the API: greenhopper-1-0-rapid-charts-scopechangeburndownchart
In the past the behavior was different with the following settings: board > configuration > Estimation > time tracking
When the option “remaining estimate and time spent” was selected the API sent back issues of type “Story”,“Defect2” and Task
See screenshot
Somewhere in May the behavior changed. Currently we only receive “Story” and “Defect2” information.
Question: Is it still possible to retrieve task changes via the\an API?
When possible we would like to use the burndownchart api for this.
When this is not possible we would like to know if there is another API to retrieve task changes for the last N days.
Thanks in advance for your support
Kind regards
Ron Becker
Hello,
Could you provide the API you are talking about?
Hi Alexey, thanks in advance for your support.
Due to some holidays I couldn't answer your question earlier.
Not sure what you're looking for. I've asked internally an Jira administrator for some help. Is it possible to download the API we're using?
Is it located on the server? Eg.: /rest/greenhopper/1.0/rapid/charts/scopechangeburndownchart

Hi Alexey, we're using an on-premises installation of Jira and not the cloud version. We can't export the API. Please let me know what you're looking for.
