Jira Licence and plugins

If I renew my jira licence, do I have to renew all the used plugin licences as well?

If you are using Jira Server and you change the license count, you will have to get a new license for your plugins. If you stay at the same license user count, I don't think you have to renew the plugins at the same time, they should remain at the same renewal date.

Not necessarily - it is isolated from impacts of JIRA license. Unless , you've upgraded or downgraded your jira user license count - plugin license will have to follow suit.

Again - not all plugins are user count dependent :-)
