Jira Software issue visibility for Core users in linked issues

We are planning to manage general ideas, request in a Core project, but when the idea comes to life, we open several linked issues in different projects. We would like to allow core users to see the linked issues in Software projects. Is it possible?

Hello,

Jira core users can view issues in Jira Software projects, if you grant them the Browse Projects permission in the project settings.
