recently changed the Jira URL to the https one and since then Jira links are broken. If I edit and search for the URL again after publishing it, it is fine but obviously can't do that for all the links. Also, we are using the server version and also updated confluence to the latest version (6.7.1,) hoping that might fix the issue which it didn't. Also, links to Gliffy diagrams aren't loading with this error:
"Gliffy Macro Error
An error occurred while rendering this diagram. Please contact your administrator."
Hi
Have you updated the base URL for the instance?
If not, go to Settings > System, General Configuration, choose edit settings and enter the new Base URL in the text box.
See also the documentation on changing the URL: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/configuring-the-base-url-802593107.html
Can you provide more information about the setup of the instance? Do you use a reverse proxy (and if so, Apache or Nginx), or not?
The Base URL is already set. Also, Using reverse proxy & Nginx.

@louisdj Thanks, Louise,
You are right with the application link being the issue. But, I had updated it. The problem was that apparently "Application name" field is case-sensitive and the problem got resolved by changing an upper-case to a lower-case!
