Jira status hangs in confluence cloud

In Confluence Cloud:

I'm trying to display a page properties report that is collecting jira statuses from a number of pages. 

The report works, but the Jira statuses are permanently hanging and won't display the current state of the ticket. 

Is this because of the page properties report or Jira?

Can you provide more details on what exactly you mean by "...the Jira statuses are permanently hanging"?

Does this means that the Jira Issues are constantly "Getting Issue Details..."? If this is the case, then you may be facing the bug report below:
