Jira update email change highlighting very hard to see in Outlook dark mode

I don't know how to file a bug against Jira, so I am posting it here.

When Jira sends an email notification that an issue has been updated, it uses colored highlighting to indicate what text has been added and what text has been deleted.  In Microsoft Outlook, when dark mode is set, the colored highlighting is almost impossible to see.

I suspect that Atlassian would not consider that a defect. But if you want to make a suggestion that they consider changing their email highlighting to accommodate dark mode for email clients, you can do that through this page:
