Know issues transition from/to and author

Does any one have script/API to have below details:

- get the ticket details updated from status A to B with the author name

Any EAZYBI ready-made reports would help.

You can write a JQL like this:

status changed form A to B by username

It is an out of the box JQL

I've done this query.. bt it cantc be on reports. More over I'm looking for report wherein it contains list of issues from latest transition done with the user name  updating it.

EazyBI would be a case.
