I wanted to experience new issue view, but I cannot turn Labs on... because I don't see it.
Both on Profile site and in settings.
I am Jira admin.
Instance: smartfix.atlassian.net
I reviewed our support tracker, it appears that you created a support request with our Cloud support team at https://support.atlassian.com and in turn they were able to enable a feature flag for your Jira Cloud site. For other Jira Cloud admins that might come across this in the future, I would actually recommend the the same steps as our Cloud support team are better equipped to help in cases like this.
