How can i receive mail notification when an issue is assigned to a specific queue, in Servicedesk. how can i add users who can receive notifications

other than that , can i get the notification if a issue is assigned to queue ( groups(agents,finance users)). if i am a member of the group.

Queues do not have issues assigned to them, they select sets of issues based on queries, so there is no "assign to queue" to base a notification on.

so is there a way all the members of a group should be notified when an issue is assigned to the specified group , have tried in notification schemas no luck there.
