We are migrating from Jira Server to Cloud. We have imported much of the data via the CSV importer but are having issues in trying to get the attachments and images to import.
Is there a away to import attachments / images from Server to Cloud.
Thanks
Hi Ravi.
So something is not working then because you can see that the importer is rejecting them.
Thanks
Shaun

Hi Ravi, thanks for the reply.
So in the CSV export we have the attachment / images included but these are often as thumb images. We have potentially thousands like this and so cannot amend these on an individual basis.
This is what the importer says when we try to import these.

If we view the thumb image then the url for this is a valid URL.

Are you suggesting that we need to ensure that all of the attachments are configured to be http / https?
Many Thanks
Shaun

Hi Shaun,
Yes cloud should be able to access those images from the path mentioned in the CSV.

You can specify the file path in your CSV which cloud can access over the internet.
Why didn't you use the import feature?
