Hello,

Jira Cloud does not have a Mantis Import option, and the feature Requests to implement one have come up a few times but have been closed out as Won't Do on various complications:

So The mantis importer is available in Jira Server, and the Workaround in this case is to Set up a Staging Jira Server instance (you can use an Eval license for this without issue) and use the available Mantis Import tool, Details on the migration process Mantis to Jira can be seen in:

Then Once the data is staged in Server Migrate From the Staged Server to Jira Cloud

Hi,

I started down the road that you suggest, but I realized that the second step would completely overwrite our Cloud instance, which is, well, less than desirable.

I found this page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-import-a-project-from-a-jira-server-application-to-a-jira-cloud-application-779160760.html , but here the last point is again the overwrite, so now I'm stuck.

Best,

Veronika
