Need to notify the "Project Manager" when the field gets updated

I have a custom user picker field for "Project Manager" and I want to send a notification to the person in that field when it is added for the first time or changed., through listeners

Hi @Saaish  On Notification Scheme, click on Notifications > Add > User Custom Field Value > User Custom Field.

Hi @Saaish  you can use post function email this issue or scripted Post function ( script runner plugin is required for this).
