Follow next step in order to import new tickets
After import, users who have tickets assigned, should get mail notification (notificationschema)
But there are no mails.
p.s. This works before and nothing changes in project until this time. Only Server updates were installed.

thanks for your link alexey. we have no problems with sending e-mail notification in normal case. if a new ticket in this project is created or changed, mail notification will be sent to the assigned user (it means - permissions etc. are ok).

it seems to be an old ticket. we had importassistent in jira now and not extra plugin. My colleague means, it worked before, but it stopped working a couple months ago.

not really. but we have a workaround:
we just select all tickets via bulk change. then we make comment for all of them and send it. so everybody became mails with new comment.

Btw, i'm running JIRA 7.13.0 with JSD 3.16.0. Can you see if your version is similar to mine? Maybe we should raise a support ticket on this, I'll try to reproduce in a sandbox environment to confirm this behaviour. It's just frustrating not being able to receive notifications for imported csv issues and for others issues inputed manually it just works
