Not able to activate workflow

Hi All,

I am new to jira, I have imported workflow, but not able to associate or activate it.

No option of workflow is visible in project.

How to activate workflow & activate same in project? I tried wiki links, but missing workflow in project.

Please advise

Do we have any answer for this. I too don't see any option to activate this.

The above images are for Next gen projects which do not support Classic workflows.

If you have a workflow in the Inactive list then you simply need to click on “add workflow” in your first scereen. Then find your workflow in the list and add it. Next select which issue types to associate to the new workflow.

Thanks for replying, I did but it also went to inactive state with no option to activate.

Yes, added workflow but that to went in inactive state, attached screen for reference

I just want to be sure you are attempting what I am asking so I will try one more time and be more clear.

Go to your project > project settings > workflows

is the very first screenshot in your question what you see? If you click "Add workflow" on that screen what option are you presented?

Hi Jack,

Tried same, no workflow link present under Project, :(

On adding new work flow (in Settings => Issues => Work Flow), it goes to inactive list

This is a NG project which does not support classic workflow
