We have some more hirarchy above epic's
The 2 Issue Type's (Project & Phase) are not displayed correct in the new portfolio view ?
Hello Felix,
Looking at the screenshot the hierarchies look good and as the issues are nested under the the parents the parent link looks good. Are you looking at the timeline bar elements in the schedule not showing up for the Initiative levels?
If this is the case the bar in the scope for the issues is tied to the "Target Start" and "Target End" dates, if the fields are cleared then the bar will not be displayed.
Let me know if this is what you are looking at or if it was something else.
Regards,
Earl

Hi Felix,
Looking at the screenshot you uploaded the Hierarchy items are on the left and details on configuring the hierarchy can be seen here, and the timeline or schedule is on the right, and the bars in the schedule are based on the "Target Start" and "Target End" fields:
For the Timeline, this displays issues in schedule bars, and the size of each bar corresponds to its "Target Start" and "Target end" dates. You can adjust these bars by dragging and dropping the bars themselves. You can also adjust the values in the target start and end date fields directly or by dragging the corresponding end's of the bar to adjust the value from the timeline directly. Additional details on this can be seen Working with Portfolio plans, and Scheduling issues.
As there are no bars visible it looks like the Target dates are missing from fields you can either manually enter the values in the fields or click on the timeline to add the bar and drag and adjust the value to align with the desired dates. Also using the Auto Schedule feature would optimize the schedule for these items based on the other inputs, noting this function will also recalculate the rest of the issues on the plan as well to align with the expected completion possibilities.
Regards,
Earl
