Hi,
For my close transition I used following post function: "The Resolution of the issue will be set to Done. "
This doesn't work as the issues are still on resolution: unresolved when the 'close' transition is executed.
Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Hi @Leyla Maya ,
The order in which the events fire is the problem. The resolution is being set after the database has been updated. You should move Step 5 to the beginning of the list.
Thanks for the reply but it still doesn't change the resolutions of my closed issues to Done.
Do you have an idea what the problem can be?
Thanks!

Just to verify- this will affect issues when this transition is fired going forward, existing issues will need to run this transition again. Have you published the workflow changes?

If I understand well, the resolution of existing closed issues will not change then?
Only issues that will be closed after I have done the changes on the post functions will receive the resolution: done automatically?
I have published the workflow changes

It is not retroactive. You will need to transition each issue you wish to have the updated resolution

That's correct.
For existing issues, you can either add a temporary transition to take you from Closed back to In Progress so that they can run the updated close transition and trigger the resolution, or you can temporarily add resolution to the edit screen for these issues and manually set it.

Try moving the option above re-indexing
