Question about script runner

We have a script fragment set up in our environment to show a pop up dialog box to users at the time of log in.

But, the pop up is showing only ONCE per user. Is there a way to fix that. I want it to show up for every user until the fragment gets disabled.

Hi @AisM

is there a particular reason you use ScriptRunner for that?

Jira server provides a banner function that will not disappear:

@Margo  Yes, we do not want a banner. The script fragment show up as a pop up box at the time of login. But, or some reason, it shows up only ONCE per user. Not sure, what needs to be modified in the code.

Maybe it takes the exact time of logging in, not the time range the user is actually logged in? Just a thought.

@Margo  No, we have the time defined through a ticket. Based on the start & end date from the ticket, it will enable the fragment for that time period.
