Hello,
Maybe you can help me explain the following.
We have an active sprint, and during this sprint a bug was rejected. It nicely set status to closed, and Resolution is set to Rejected.
I am curious why the active sprint shows this bug ticket (with closed subtasks), while if I go to sprint report, it is categorized in "issues removed from sprint"?
How can I configure JIRA such that these rejected tickets appear in "Completed issues" in sprint report? We have spend time on it, and would have the estimated story points being calculated.
Thanks in advance, and kind regards,
Hans
How have you defined the last column on the board? Does it include your "rejected" status?

Hello Nic,
Thanks for your response.
We do not have status rejected. Only resolution, rejected.
Kind regards,
Hans

Hello Nic,
Yes, the last column we have defined consist of verified and closed status. A rejected ticket gets the closed status, and it appears to remove the sprint information.
Kind regards,
Hans

So your rejected status lands in the last column? Are you excluding it somehow?

The ticket does not get status "rejected", but status becomes "closed".
The problem resides in that sprint information is removed when rejected.
Considering the question; it is a process issue, and not a tool issue.
Closing the ticket
