how to take below report in Easy BI or any alternate method  in data centre server 

Average triage time for one particular component &

issue type -  incidents & service request - Quarterly needed

You can analyze components and issue types with eazyBI and explore cycle times where you define your own Jira workflow cycles:

I try below but result not showing any help would be appreciated .

Here I want to take selected component - average time of incidents tickets - from waiting for triage to Support (First time response) - qtr wise
