We are trying to create a eazybi report that will show the fix version changes on a issue.

for example:

1) Issue A was part of the current release, but was moved to a different release

2) Issue B was in future release but was changed to the current release

The report should be able to show all these changes.

I don't use easyBI but you can create a JQL using fixversion, e.g

fixVersion was 1.3 and fixVersion != 1.3

@Rajni_Singla , i do not understand your question. It does not seem to apply to the original post at all. Maybe a new question/post is warranted?

Use JQL changed keyword as " fix version changed " before-after etc.

fixVersion changed FROM "1" TO "2" does not give any results even when there are tickets that got moved from fix version 1 to 2.

Any help on this?

Hi,

currently, eazyBI does not import changes for multivalue fields (versions, labels, components etc) due to technical limitations, therefore, it is not possible to create a report on issue release changes.

We have this improvement in our backlog. I will post here when something new appears.

thanks for the response. Can you provide the improvement link here so the users who need this feature can watch it?

Hi,

eazyBI backlog is for internal use. All the features are included in the changelog when a new version is released. You may want to follow eazyBI in the marketplace to get informed when a new eazyBI version is released.

Best,

Ilze
