When I close the JIRA issue and set resolution to anything accept Fixed (Won't Fix, Duplicate, Cannot reproduce,...), Resolution field is not updated with chosen value, it has been updated with value "Fixed".

Am I doing something wrong, or this is a known bug?

I suspect you've modified a workflow that did not use to have a "transition screen" for the close transition.  Without a screen, a workflow needs to set a resolution automatically as it's not asking the user for one, so it probably had a "post-function" for "set resolution"

If you've left that post-function in place, it will stomp on what the users add in the screen.

So, I'd check the workflow for such a post-function and remove it.

Thanks for this info. I had forgotten to check the post-functions and was wondering why my resolution was not being updated :)
