I have attached a screen to a transition on the workflow, but when i move a card on the transition the screen doesnt show, does anyone know why this may be happening and how to fix it?
Thanks
HI @Liam Maeder
when i move a card on the transition the screen doesnt show
What do you mean by moving a card on the transition?
With the wowkflow usually when i add a screen to the transition it will pop up when the card or ticket is transitioned, but the screen doesn't appear anywhere...

Ok, then please confirm, have you added the screen to that specific transition of the workflow.
And also check the respective project that you have associated the workflow is correct because if you have been added the screen to particuler transition then it must pop up while transitioning the ticket.

Thanks Yogesh,
I can confirm it is attached to the transition and that it is on the right project, do we need to add it to the Scheme or some where else?

Nope, not required to add workflow screen to any screen scheme.
Check have you published the workflow after made the changes, also check to which issue type this workflow has been associated ...and attach the screenshot for the same ..if possible.

So the problem is that it is in the workflow of one project and it works there as follows:
Once the transition is clicked on then the screen pops up as below
But for this WF the screen does not show up on the tranisition selected below

Hi @Liam Maeder
Thanks for the sharing screenshot ..as you see in the IS-75 ticket the current status is Doing and you have been applied the PFI Comment Types workflow screen to Done transition.
And also please check this Software Simplified workflow only associated with IS project only, If so then remove the screen try to apply it one more time and publish the changes.

Thanks Yogesh,
I shall try this and let you know if it works.

I attempted to do this but unfortunately it did not work... I removed the screen and then published the WF and added it again.
Even after the publishing of the WF it still did not work...

Ahh...actually, it should work ...
Try with the following steps and see..
1. Create a screen.
2. Add any custom/standard field on it.
3. Edit another workflow and add this step 1 screen to any transition and then publish the workflow.
4. Create an issue/ticket which used the same workflow that you have changed now and check if the screen will pop up or not.
Please test this on Dev/Test instance but not on production.

Hi Yogesh,
Thanks for the help, someone had set the properties of the role to not been able to move cards passed a certain point, so it was moving the card to the next status but unless i was in Lead or Project Head then it wouldn't have worked, it seems as though the users with access or permission can see the screen, so all is working well
Thanks
