Hello community,

we are using scriptrunner JQL function issueFunction in commented("by username").

We have a weird case, for a specific user we get 0 results although user has comment.

For the rest JIRA users it works as expected.

Any idea what might goes wrong here.

Thank you

Hi @Tsol does user who executes the JQL have a permission to see a comment and issue with a comment?

Hi @Martin Bayer _MoroSystems_ s_r_o__ yes. All permissions set. In the past we have changes the username of this specific user. Not sure if this is related to the problem we have.

ok, is it possible to revert the username just to check whether is it the issue or not.

If you have valid maintenance license for SR, you can check with adaptavist support
