Hello Everyone,
I am trying to set an Issue's security level in my service desk project. I have:
- Created an issue security scheme
- Added security levels to the issue security scheme
- Given myself permission to set issue security in the permission schemes
When I try to create an issue I do not get the option to set the Issue Security Level. When I try to raise a request I also do not see the option.
I've tried to add a post function in my workflow to set the security level but the "Set issue security level based on a user's project role" option is not there.
What am I missing?
Much appreciated.
To tell you the truth, I'm not so familiar with JSD. But if it works similarly as in JS I'd recommend the following:
Hi Grigory,
Thank you for your feedback. I've granted my user the issue security level and has the issue security scheme connected to my project but I still don't get the option to set security for any issues.

Ok, let's do what is recommended here:
Configuring issue-level security
If the Security Level field is not displayed on the issue's screen after configuring the Issue-Level Security, use the Where is My Field? tool to see why it is not being displayed.
I think it may help us to find the reason the field is missing.
