Hi,
I think you want add transition screen. Just follow this KB article: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/mapping-a-screen-to-a-workflow-transition-720634253.html
no 😊
in the screen you see a screen during a transition.
i need a pop up where i can put some text into. in the screenshot is the red box as example.

Can you more specify use case for that? Adding some custom fields (text field type) is not enough?

guys i work since 2010 with jira. i know that i can define a screen in a transition. and i know that i can add custom fields on this screen. this is not what i want.
i retry to describe it as simple as possible.
so here i have an issue and i execute the transition "Start".
(it doesnt matter how it is called or which fields we see in this screen.)
after that the screen appears.
above the screen you see a box with text in it. and that is what i want.
i want that this text box comes up. i photoshoped it :D
like it happens after you created an issue:

That's going to be a tough one. I think one of the community leaders or someone with in-depth Jira knowledge may be able to help.
Also, you do not have enough internet tabs open. =]

So now I understand you what you want and I must tell you this will need custom development for 99%. I didn't see nothing like this in my "Atlassian career". :-)
Try to contact any Atlassian Solution Partner in your country (or you can try us, but we are from Czech Republic if it's not problem ;-)) for offer.

I'm not developer, but I don't think so. Probably it will need custom plugin for that. but as I said I'm not developer. :-)
But I'm sure it will need some analyze if (and how) it is possible.
