Show timespent on detail when clicking on ticket in scrum board

i can't seem to visualize on detail ticket view the timespent in a scrum board.

I can add the field on the ticket itself but and i can add timespent in the detailed view on configure board but it doesn't seem to show

You meant when clicking the card in active sprint, at the right, the issue detail page should show timespent (Time Tracking)?

Yes that is it. But my active sprint looks different but it is on scrum board active sprint yes

i can't show screenshot as my organization is preventing a paste for security reasons.

i am on a board ; i see (after click on ticket) details at right side but might it be as we work on prem and not on cloud ?
