Some field Question

Omri Zeman July 19, 2022

Hello I need some help hope I write it ok
1) I would love to know how to add a field that is just a visual reading line without the user having to write anything inside it.

2)How to add to a particular field a Hyperlink of a site that the user can click on and it will move it directly to the site.
* I add a picture of the hyperlink field I try to do but it wasn't worked because the user need to copy past the link and not just click on him.

Hi @Omri Zeman ,

You posted this question in Jira, but looking at your screenshot, you are talking about Jira Service Management, right?

In the Instructions field, you can use Confluence wiki markup to add a link to this field.

Please confirm the following first:

Are you on Jira Cloud (URL ending in atlassian.net) or Jira Server / Data Center (custom URL)?

Is this a JSM project?

Omri Zeman July 20, 2022

Yes it Jira Server and is a JSM project
