Tempo Timesheet - Custom issue type as hierarchical level in reports

Hello guys,

in our company we introduced a new issue type in Jira called Superepic. This type can contain one or more Epics and is therefore kind of a new hierarchy level above Epics. The Superepic-Epic relation behaves like the Epic-Story relation. 

In Tempo Timesheets (Server) I want a report where the issues are grouped according to the hierarchy in Jira. (Tempo help states that it uses the hierarchy of Jira in reports.) This works fine up to Epic level. However, Tempo does not consider Superepics as an additional hierarchy but assumes it is an issue type on the same level as e. g. Stories.

Does anyone know if it is possible to group issues along the scheme Superepic-Epic-Story/Task?

Unfortunately not. I have to sum up the hours for the Epics in order to get the hours for the respective Superepics.

I believe it's a Jira rather than a Tempo thing. It does not accept further hierarchy levels besides the built-in ones.

Same problem here.. we have 2 more issue types above epic level and it would be great to display the hierarchy like that.
