how to see a report with a) the tickets that changed over x period, and b) what the changes were?

Hello @Walter McGuire 

There is no native report to show you all changes that happened to multiple issues. There might be a third party app that would help you with that. I don't have a specific recommendation for such an app.

You can get a list of the issues that changed over a given time period by filtering on the Updated date/time field in the Issue Search screen.

updated >= {specify a start date/time} and updated =< {specify an end date/time}
