Unable to share a filter

HI,

I can't share filters, my team mates too. I have enabled popups and it didn't help. It was working few days ago. Any ideas?

Could you check that all users listed within the  jira-administrators group also within the jira-users group?

From what you have described it seems to be Bug. 

Here is what Tim LaMarce implemented as a work-around:

Have another non-admin user create a basic search. Have them share it. Log in with your admin account, go to the list of shared objects, find their filter, and take ownership. Now you can edit it and do whatever else you want.

hi @Urszula Forenc, as @Fazila Ashraf and @[deleted] said, either one of below changes might be added in your JIRA system.

1. Admin has revoke your global permission 
2. Admin has removed sharing options from the list.

I think you should contact your system admin regarding this. :-) . anyway i like to keep my answer open ended.

Do you find options to share a dashboard?

Hi, no I am not removed. I can share dahboards... only filters have issue.
