Upgraded JIRA from 7.6.6 to 7.12.3 and now issues with Reports not displaying correctly

Since the upgrade, the reports show 0 completed items, e.g. Velocity, etc.

When looking at the DEV instance where testing was done, the issue does not occur.  Configuration appears to be identical.  Log files are clean as well.

Try reindexing the system, this might solve the issue.

Re-indexing was done after the upgrade and a second time after the issue occurred.

Does your issue solved? if not can you see if the browser throwing any errors or any errors in the logs
