Hi,
our external customers first open connection with F5 vpn and then from "F5 desktop" with Jira icon login to Jira. Now after Jira upgrade it only gives an error "invalid user or password..." and login to jira has failed. And nothing comes to jira logs from that operation.
F5 desktop forward commands to proxy (says F5 guy) and do nothing else. This was working fine before this version of jira but now I am desperate.
Otherwise I haven't noticed any problems with jira, it works well

Any modifications in installation directory is completely replaced with newer version. You might want to check the modified folder in home directory to revert those changes in installation directory.
Or if you have reference/backup, change those and it should work
